If installing platon over foam use speedstrips and concrete nails long enough to penetrate 1 into the concrete note. Platon can also be installed on floors with radiant heat.

The installation of the floor is possible within days after the concrete sub floor has been poured a saving in time that converts into profit. Platon and the air gap do not detract from the r value of the insulation. Platon can also be installed over existing basement floors to isolate floors from cold damp concrete keeping basements healthy warm and dry. When used beneath a wooden sub floor and over concrete in a basement it makes floors comfortable odour free healthy and dry.

Carpet vinyl laminate or hardwood can be installed over platon and osb or plywood subfloor.
